Sunflower Seed Walnut Bars

Ingredients
  Oil 12 Fluid Ounce (350 Milliliter)
  Honey 12 Fluid Ounce (350 Milliliter)
  Eggs 6
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Plain wholemeal flour 1 1⁄2 Pound (675 Gram)
  Vanilla essence 2 Drop
  Grated orange rind 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 4 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened coconut 2 Ounce, shredded (50 Gram)
  Sunflower seeds 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Walnuts 2 Ounce, chopped (50 Gram)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 325┬░Fahrenheit (160┬░c / Gas Mark 3)
2 Grease two 23 x 33-cm (9 x 13-inch) tins.

MAKING
3 For the bottom layer, in a bowl mix half the oil, a third of the honey, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons baking powder, half the flour and the vanilla essence together.
4 Pat the mixture in to the prepared tins.
5 To prepare the topping, in a bowl, beat 4 eggs with the remaining ingredients.
6 Evenly pour over the bottom layer.
7 Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
8 Allow to cool.

SERVING
9 Cut into squares and serve.
