Ingredients
  Pretzels 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Rold Gold Brand Measured After Crushing Very Fine In Blender Or Between Waxed Paper)
  Egg whites 3
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, beat egg white till stiff peak forms, and fold in crushed pretzels, sugar, baking powder and chopped nuts.

FINALISING
2. In a greased 8-inch square pan, evenly spread the mixture.
3. In a preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees centigrade for about 25 minutes, until slightly brown.
4. Cut into bars, while still warm.

SERVING
5. Serve cool.
