|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a bowl, beat egg white till stiff peak forms, and fold in crushed pretzels, sugar, baking powder and chopped nuts.
2. In a greased 8-inch square pan, evenly spread the mixture.
3. In a preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees centigrade for about 25 minutes, until slightly brown.
4. Cut into bars, while still warm.
5. Serve cool.
