Gold N Honey Nut Crunch Bars

Ingredients
  Vegetable cooking spray 1 (PAM)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Cereal 5 Cup (80 tbs) (Golden Grahams)
  Mixed nuts/Peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fisher)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, heat honey, margarine, brown sugar, ground cinnamon and bring to a boil, remove from heat and add vanilla. Fold in cereals and mixed nuts, until completely coated.

FINALISING
2. In a 9x9x2-inch square pan, evenly spread the mixture and press it down.
3. Chill the mixture in a refrigerator.
4. Cool and cut into bars.

SERVING
5. Serve cool.
