Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
  Flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 375 degrees.

MAKING
2) Mix all the ingredients together.
3) Spread the mixture on a 9x13-inches pan.
4) Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve as prferred. Goes really well with brown sugar icing and Philadelphia cream cheese icing.
