Ooey Gooey Candy And Chocolate Bars

Ingredients
  Refrigerated chocolate chip cookies roll 1
  Quick cooking oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Caramels 10 , unwrapped
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chocolate candies 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Candy coated chocolate pieces 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350°F; spray cooking spray on a 8" square baking pan

MAKING
2. In a medium bowl, break the cookie dough and mix it with oats; press the dough evenly inside the pan and bake the crust for twenty minutes or so
3. In a one quart saucepan, heat caramels and milk over a low flame; stir all the while till the caramels melt; turn the heat off
4. Sprinkle marshmallows over the warm crust and bake for another couple of minutes till marshmallows turn puffy
5. Drizzle the molten caramels all over the warm bars evenly, sprinkle chocolate candies on top and allow to cool completely for an hour; cut into 6X4 with a hot wet knife

SERVING
8. Serve as appropriate
