  All-purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Quick cooking oats 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
For filling
  Dates 1 Pound (500 Grams)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Milliliter)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1) Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2) Make a light and fluffy mix of the butter and sugar.
