Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Oatmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), crushed
  Pineapple 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Butter 4 Ounce
  Sultanas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Sift together dry ingredients.
Add the soft butter and then the oatmeal and pineapple.
Beat well till well blended.
Add raisins.
Bake in a 9" x 9" pan at 375° F for about half-an- hour.
