Ingredients
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unbleached white flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), slightly mashed
Directions

Combine flours, soda and cinnamon.
Combine honey, egg and oil and add to dry ingredients.
Stir in strawberries.
Pour into a lightly greased 8"x 8" pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
