Nut Butter Coconut Bars

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded coconut 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Place steel blade in work bowl; add first 3 ingredients.
Process till creamy, Add eggs and vanilla; process with 2 or 3 on/off turns till blended.
Add mixture of flour, baking powder, and salt; add coconut.
Process with 2 or 3 on/off turns just till flour disappears.
Spread in greased 11x7 1/2x2-inch baking pan.
Bake in 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool; cut.
