Ice Cream Bars

Ingredients
  Oreo cookies 15 Ounce, crushed (1 Package)
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice cream 1⁄2 Gallon (Soft)
  Spanish peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 Large Can)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix crushed cookies and melted butter, pat into bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
Chill crust for about 1 hour.
Spread with softened ice cream and sprinkle with peanuts.
Freeze until firm.
Cover with topping.
Boil all topping ingredients together for 8 minutes, stirring oftea Cool and pour on top of ice cream.
Freeze again until firm.
