Ice Cream Bars
|Oreo cookies||15 Ounce, crushed (1 Package)|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ice cream||1⁄2 Gallon (Soft)|
|Spanish peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chocolate chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 Large Can)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix crushed cookies and melted butter, pat into bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
Chill crust for about 1 hour.
Spread with softened ice cream and sprinkle with peanuts.
Freeze until firm.
Cover with topping.
Boil all topping ingredients together for 8 minutes, stirring oftea Cool and pour on top of ice cream.
Freeze again until firm.
