Easy Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
  Butter 4 Ounce, softened
  Egg 1
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
2. In a large bowl, beat brown sugar, pumpkin, butter, egg, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add flour mixture and beat on low speed just until batter is smooth, scraping down side of bowl frequently with a rubber spatula. Fold in nuts and raisins. Turn batter into prepared pan, leveling surface.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove pan to a rack, cut into 24 bars, and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container or wrap well and refrigerate.
