Cocoa Banana Bars

  Quaker oat bran hot cereal 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), uncooked
  All purpose flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened cocoa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mashed ripe banana 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 3 Tablespoon
  Egg whites 2 , beaten
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened cocoa 2 Teaspoon
  Liquid vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Warm water 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon, divided
Directions

For Bars, heat oven to 350°F lightly spray 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, or oil lightly.
In large bowl, combine oat bran, flour, granulated sugar and 1/3 cup cocoa.
Add combined banana, 1/4 cup margarine, corn syrup, egg whites and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into prepared pan, spreading evenly.
Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until center is set.
Cool on wire rack.
Drizzle Glaze over brownies.
Top with strawberry halves, if desired.
Cut into bars.
Store tightly covered.
For Glaze, in small bowl combine 2 teaspoons cocoa and 2 teaspoons margarine.
Stir in powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of the water.
Gradually add remaining 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons water to make medium-thick glaze, mixing well.
