Carob Bran Raisin Bars

Ingredients
  Vegetable cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Natural salt free peanut butter 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Reduced calorie margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Light corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Carob powder 2 Tablespoon
  Bran flake cereal 2 Cup (32 tbs), coarsely crushed
  Chopped raisins 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Wheat germ 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Spray 9-inch square baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
Set aside.
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine peanut butter, margarine, honey and corn syrup.
Microwave at High for 1 to 2 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Stir until smooth.
Stir in carob powder until blended.
Mix in cereal, raisins and wheat germ until coated.
Press cereal mixture into bottom of prepared dish.
Chill for 3 hours.
Cut into bars.
