|Chopped peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), roasted or raw|
|Whole wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/3 Heaping Cup Instant)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk/1/2 cup water plus 2 more tablespoon milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Use a large mixing bowl. Cream together the peanut butter and butter. When the mixture is light, cream in the honey. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then beat in the vanilla.
Stir together the peanuts, whole wheat flour, milk powder, salt, and baking powder; add this mixture alternately with the 1/2 cup of milk to the creamed mixture.
Turn the mixture into two 9" x 9" oiled pans (or into pans of equivalent size).
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
