Peanut Bars

Ingredients
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), roasted or raw
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/3 Heaping Cup Instant)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Milk/1/2 cup water plus 2 more tablespoon milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Use a large mixing bowl. Cream together the peanut butter and butter. When the mixture is light, cream in the honey. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then beat in the vanilla.
Stir together the peanuts, whole wheat flour, milk powder, salt, and baking powder; add this mixture alternately with the 1/2 cup of milk to the creamed mixture.
Turn the mixture into two 9" x 9" oiled pans (or into pans of equivalent size).
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
