Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unbleached flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raw wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated orange rind/Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Mixed dried fruits 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Nuts And Seeds And/Or Granola, Such As Raisins, Cut Dates, Raw Sunflower Seeds, Flaked Coconut, Walnuts, Etc.)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream margarine and sugar together.
Beat in oats, flours, rind, and wheat germ and cinnamon.
Pat into 8 x8x2-inch baking pan.
Mix eggs, mixed fruits and nuts, and brown sugar together.
Pour over base and spread evenly.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool, then cut into 12 bars.
