Peanut Butter Bars
|Light corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Creamy peanut butter||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Granola||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Heat corn syrup to boiling in 3-quart saucepan.
Boil 1 minute; remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
Stir in Granola.
Pat mixture in buttered 9 X 9 X 2-inch baking pan with dampened spatula.
Let stand 1 hour.
Cut into bars, about 2 x 1 inch.
