Microwave Pumpkin Bars
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pumpkin||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
Microwave butter for 30 seconds to melt.
Blend in brown sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Blend in remaining ingredients; mix smooth.
Lightly grease bottom only of a 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Spread mixture evenly.
Microwave 8 to 9 1/2 minutes, shielding bars after 4 minutes and turning dish every 2 minutes.
Spread Icing on bars and sprinkle on nuts.
