Sour Cream Raisin Bars

Ingredients
  Quick-cooking rolled oats 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), firmly packed
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Nuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Egg 1
  Dairy sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and baking soda in medium bowl. Cut in butter, until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Press half of mixture firmly against bottom of 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish. Cook on Cook Level 7 for 2 1/2 to 4 minutes, or until set. Turn quarter-turn halfway through cooking time.
2. Beat egg and sour cream in small mixing bowl. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon in small bowl. Blend into sour cream mixture. Stir in raisins. Pour over crust. Sprinkle remaining oat mixture over top.
3. Cook on Cook Level 7 for 6 1/2 to 8 minutes, or until firm. Turn quarter-turn halfway through cooking time.
