Marvelous Malted Milk Bars

Ingredients
  All purpose flour/Unbleached / self-rising flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened
  Chopped nuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
For filling
  Creamy milk chocolate mix/Fudge frosting mix 10 Fluid Ounce (1 Package)
  Instant malted milk mix 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, margarine and egg.
Mix at low speed until crumbly; stir in nuts.
Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture; press remainder in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; beat at medium speed until smooth.
Pour over crumb crust.
Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture evenly over filling.
Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Chill; cut into bars.
