Layered Chocolate Butterscotch Bars
|Crushed vanilla wafers||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (65 Pieces)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Flaked coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate chips||6 Ounce (1 Package / 1 Cup)|
|Butterscotch flavored chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||14 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Salted peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350°.
In medium bowl stir together vanilla wafers, melted butter and vanilla.
Press on bottom of greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with coconut, chocolate and butterscotch chips.
Pour condensed milk all over the top; sprinkle with peanuts.
Bake for 20 to 27 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Cool completely; cut into bars.
Cover; store refrigerated.
