Chewy Chocolate Nut Bars

Ingredients
For crust:
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), firmly packed
For filling
  Graham cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Made From About 13 Squares)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Canned sweetened condensed milk 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped nuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Semi sweet chocolate morsels 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For frosting:
  Confectioners sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Vanilla 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. For crust: Place butter in 2-quart utility dish. Heat on Full Power for 45 seconds to 1 minute 15 seconds, or until melted.
2. Blend in flour and brown sugar. Cook on Full Power for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until crumbly. Stir 2 to 3 times during cooking time. Press mixture firmly against bottom of dish. Cook on Full Power for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until slightly firm.
3. For filling: Combine graham cracker crumbs and baking powder in medium bowl. Blend in sweetened condensed milk. Stir in nuts and chocolate morsels. Pour over crust. Cook on Cook Level 7 for 7 1/2 to 9 1/2 minutes, or until firm. Cool.
4. For frosting: Beat confectioners' sugar, softened butter, and vanilla until creamy. Add milk, if necessary, to make spreading consistency. Spread over bars.
