Peanut Crisp Bars
|Rice krispies||3 Ounce (75 Gram)|
|Salted peanuts||7 Ounce (225 Gram)|
|Sugar||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Golden syrup||6 Ounce (175 Gram)|
|Peanut butter||4 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla essence||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Mix together the cereal and peanuts.
Put the sugar and syrup in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.
Fold in the cereal mixture.
Pour into a greased 20 cm (8 inch) square baking tin and press into the corners.
Cool, then cut into bars.
