|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Egg whites/1/2 cup frozen and thawed cholesterol-free egg product||3|
|Oat flour blend||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shredded zucchini||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Golden raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon glaze||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350°.
Spray rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix brown sugar, margarine, egg whites and vanilla in medium bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients except Lemon Glaze.
Spread in pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Drizzle with Lemon Glaze while warm.
Cut into about 2 x 1 1/2-inch bars.
Refrigerate any remaining bars.
