1. Heat oven to 350°. Combine graham cracker crumbs and soft butter, and mix well. Spread this mixture into a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish, pressing it flat with your hands so it comes very slightly up the sides of the pan.
2. Add the chocolate chips to form a layer; then add a layer of peanut butter chips, and then the pecans. Top with a layer of coconut. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until the coconut begins to lightly brown on top. Chill thoroughly before cutting into bars.
