Chocolate Caramel Bars

Ingredients
  Egg beaters 2
  Sugar/1/2 cup sugar plus 3 packets sweet 'n low 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Brown sugar/1/2 cup brown sugar plus 2 teaspoon sweet 'n low brown 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fat free miracle whip 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Kraft)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fat free caramel topping 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Mrs. Richardson's / Kroger brand)
  Fat free fudge topping 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Braum's, Smucker's or Mrs. Richardson's)
  Grape nuts cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 350 F.
Cream together Egg Beaters, sugars, Miracle Whip, and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer; add flour and baking soda.
Set aside 1 cup of the batter.
Spread remaining batter into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with a low-fat cooking spray.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool 10 minutes.
Spread caramel and fudge topping over the crust.
Sprinkle Grape-Nuts over this.
Spoon reserved 1 cup batter by teaspoonfuls over the Grape-Nuts.
Continue baking 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool; cut into squares.
These can be served alone as cookie bars, or warm with fat-free ice cream or non-fat frozen yogurt on top for a delicious dessert.
