Oatmeal Banana Bars

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon, softened
  Rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts/Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated orange zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  1% low fat milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Egg white 1
  Margarine 6 Tablespoon, melted
  Bananas 3 Medium, pureed to make 1 1/4 cups
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°
2. Using the softened margarine, lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Line the pan with wax paper and very lightly grease the paper.
3. Combine the oats, flour, sugar, nuts, raisins, baking powder, spices and orange zest in a large bowl; set aside.
4. Combine the milk, eggs and egg white, margarine and bananas in a blender, and process until smooth. Add the contents of the blender to the dry ingredients and stir to mix well.
5. Spread the batter in the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges pull away slightly from the sides of the pan and the top is lightly browned. Place the pan on a rack to cool and then cut into bars.
