Cream Cheese Cake Bars
|Cake mix||10 Ounce (Pillsbury Lovin' Lites Or Betty Crocker "Light", 1 Box)|
|Liquid butter buds/1 cup promise ultra fat-free margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fat-free cream cheese||8 Ounce (Philadelphia)|
|Powdered sugar/1 cup powdered sugar + 12 packets sweet 'n low||16 Ounce (1 Box)|
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Blend the following items with a hand mixer: 1 box Pillsbury Lovin' Lites or Betty Crocker "Light" cake mix 1 Egg Beater (1/4 cup) 1 cup liquid Butter Buds (or 1 cup Promise Ultra Fat-Free margarine) 1 tsp. vanilla Pour into a 9 1/2 x 13-inch glass casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
Add fat-free cream cheese to: 2 Egg Beaters (1/2 cup) 1 box of powdered sugar (2 cups), sifted (or 1 cup powdered sugar + 12 packets Sweet 'N Low) Blend well with a hand mixer.
Pour cream cheese mixture on top of cake mixture.
Bake at 300° F for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
