Applesauce Bars

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Applesauce 1 Cup (16 tbs), warm
  Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix oil with sugar.
Add soda to applesauce and combine with sugar mixture.
Add flour, salt, cinnamon, raisins, nuts and vanilla and blend thoroughly.
Turn into greased and floured 8" x 12" x 2" pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cut into bars while lightly warm.
