Chocolate And Vanilla Layered Bars
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar replacement||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Granulated fructose||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened chocolate||1 1⁄2 Ounce, melted and cooled|
Sift together flour and salt; set aside.
Beat margarine, sugar replacement, and fructose until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat in vanilla.
Gradually stir flour mixture into creamed mixture.
Spread two-thirds of the batter on the bottom of a greased 9 in. (23 cm) baking pan.
Stir melted chocolate into the remaining cookie batter.
Spread chocolate batter evenly over vanilla batter.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Allow to cool in pan.
