Apple Molasses Bars

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Applesauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Confectioners sugar 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs), sifted
  Cream/Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream together butter, sugars and molasses.
Add eggs, one at a time, beat well.
Add applesauce.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add alternately with sour cream; mix well.
Spread in greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1" jelly roll pan.
Bake in 350° oven 25-30 minutes or until done.
When cool, frost with a cream cheese frosting.
Blend together cheese and butter.
Add confectioners sugar, cream and vanilla.
Beat mixture until smooth
