Beat eggs until foamy.
Add 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup butter and 1 tea spoon vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Mix in (with fork) 1 1/2 cups flour and all other dry ingredients.
Add pecans; mix well.
Spread into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
