Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pumpkin 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar.
Add slightly beaten eggs, pumpkin and oil.
Mix well.
May add nuts, if desired.
Bake 25 minutes in 350° oven in a 10 x 15-inch pan.
