Easy Bar Cookies
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Evaporated milk||5 1⁄3 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Honey||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy grits||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unsweetened shredded coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pat into an oiled 8-inch square baking pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until done.
3. Cool in the pan and cut into bars while still slightly warm.
