Banana Walnut Bars

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Granulated brown sugar replacement 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Granulated fructose 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Banana 1 Large, mashed
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Using an electric mixer, beat margarine, brown sugar replacement, and fructose until well blended.
Beat in egg, vanilla, and mashed banana.
Combine flour and baking powder in another bowl.
Stir to mix.
Beat into banana mixture, blending thoroughly.
Stir in walnuts.
Spread batter evenly over the bottom of a 9 in. (23 cm) baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
Allow to cool in pan.
