Applesauce Raisin Bars

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Granulated brown sugar replacement 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Granulated fructose 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Unsweetened applesauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Melt margarine over low heat in a medium-size saucepan.
Stir in brown sugar replacement and fructose.
Then stir in applesauce, egg, and vanilla.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and nutmeg.
Stir to blend.
Stir in applesauce mixture, and blend thoroughly.
Stir in raisins.
Spread batter evenly over the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 in. (33 x 23 cm) baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 27 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Allow to cool in pan.
