Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar replacement 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Granulated fructose 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almond flavoring 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Quick cooking oatmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Ground cloves 1 Dash
  All fruit raspberry preserves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Beat margarine, sugar replacement, and fructose together until well blended.
Beat in almond flavoring and egg.
Mix together flour, oatmeal, baking powder, salt, and cloves.
Stir into creamed mixture.
Spread half of the mixture on the bottom of a greased 9 x 9 in. (23 x 23 cm) baking pan.
Spread with the raspberry preserves.
Drop remaining batter by teaspoonfuls onto the top of the preserves.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
