  Olive oil/Canola oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Crushed red pepper flakes/1/2 tablespoon inner 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stand back.
