Pebble Top Chocolate Bars

  Flaked coconut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Sugar 10 Tablespoon
  Graham cracker crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Semi sweet chocolate pieces 6 Ounce (1 Package/ 1 Cup)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Candied fruit and peel 8 Ounce (1 Package/ 1 Cup)

In bottom of 9-inch square pan, combine coconut, melted butter, 2 tablespoons sugar and graham cracker crumbs.
Mix well; spread evenly in bottom of pan.
Pat down gently.
In mixer bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, milk, flour, soda, salt and 1/2 cup sugar.
Blend at medium speed of mixer until smooth.
Stir in chocolate pieces and pecans.
Spread over base.
Top with fruit.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool; cut into bars.
