Peanut Butter Filled Bars
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), packed|
|Flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Cream margarine, then cream in sugar.
2. Stir in flour, and mix well.-
3. Press evenly into the bottom of a greased 9 x 12 pan.
4. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
5. Immediately spread peanut butter over crust. Cool.
6. Over hot water, combine chocolate and water until melted.
7. Spread over top of bar. Chill.
8. Cut into bars.
