Nutty Health Bars

Rawdawg Rory makes raw energy bars using dates, seeds, nuts, raisins, and dried cranberries.
Ingredients
  Dates 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Dry cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend the dates to form a dough.

Take the mashed dough in a big bowl.

Coarsely blend the sunflower seeds, same for the cashew. Add them to the dates, add some raisins and some dried cranberries.

Knead them all together.

Take small blobs and form bars.

You can store them in the freezer for about 2 weeks.

To prevent them from sticking, sprinkle some sesame seeds over the bars.
