Bar B Qued Pig Tails

Ingredients
  Pig tail 5 Pound (choose meaty ones)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Gingerale 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Place pig tails on a large cookie sheet or broiler tray.
2. Add salt and pepper.
3. Combine mustard, syrup, sugar, ketchup and gingerale.
4. Pour mixture over the pig tails.
5. Bake at 300° for 3 hours. Baste occasionally.
6. If necessary, pour a little more gingerale on, during baking.
