Cereal Yogurt Bars

  Buttermilk cereal/Orange 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Granulated fructose 2 Teaspoon
  Pina colada low fat yogurt 8 Ounce
  Unsweetened coconut flakes 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Combine cereal, cornstarch, and fructose in a bowl.
Stir to completely coat cereal.
Heat the yogurt in a saucepan.
Add yogurt all at once to the cereal mixture; stir to blend.
Cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Stir in the coconut flakes.
Transfer mixture to a well-greased 8 in. (20 cm) square baking pan.
Spread evenly with the back of a wooden spoon, flattening mixture slightly into bottom of pan.
Bake at 350° F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
Immediately cut into 12 bars while hot.
Transfer bars to cooling rack.
Bars can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
