Oat Y Nut Bars
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Uncooked quick oats||2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)|
|Raisins||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Salted peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Grease 9-inch square baking pan.
Melt butter with honey, corn syrup and brown sugar in medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil; boil 8 minutes until mixture thickens slightly.
Stir in oats, raisins and peanuts until well blended.
Press evenly into prepared pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Place pan on wire rack; score top into approximately 2-inch squares.
Cut into bars.
