Scrumptious Chocolate Layer Bars

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate chips 12 Ounce (2 Cups, 1 Package)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Evaporated milk 5 Ounce (1/2 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon, 1 Can)
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs), unsifted
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
Directions

Combine chocolate chips, cream cheese and evaporated milk in medium saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat; stir in walnuts, sesame seeds and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
Blend well; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl; blend well on low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Press half the mixture in greased 13x9-inch pan; spread with chocolate mixture.
Sprinkle rest of crumbs over filling.
Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool; cut into bars.
