  Eggs 2
  Thawed frozen unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Uncooked rolled oats 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice 8 Ounce, well drained (1 Can)
  Lightly toasted chopped pecans 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Golden raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat eggs in large bowl.
Blend in pineapple juice concentrate, butter and vanilla.
Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt and spices; mix well.
Stir in pineapple, pecans and raisins.
Spread batter into greased 12 X 8-inch baking dish.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until firm.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Cut into bars.
Store in airtight container.
