Pecan Bars

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Dark corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pecans 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), chopped
Directions

Combine flour and 1/3 cup brown sugar.
Cut in 3/4 cup butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Press mixture evenly into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 15 to 17 minutes.
Combine 1 cup brown sugar and remaining ingredients except pecans, beating well.
Stir in pecans.
Pour filling over prepared crust.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm.
Let cool, and cut into bars.
