Oyster Bar Stew
|Clam juice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bottled)|
|Milk/Half and half, light cream||1 Quart, scalded|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄8 Pound (1/4 Cup)|
|Oysters with liquid||18 Medium (Medium Sized)|
|Celery salt||To Taste|
Melt butter, add oysters, and cook over low heat until edges curl.
Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly.
