This glazed meat bar recipe makes a complete meal and is beautifully flavored with orange marmalade. Oven roasted, the glazed meat bars are incredibly easy to prepare and can be served with a simple dressed salad.
Canned luncheon meat
24 Ounce (Two 12 Ounce Cans)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cut each meat loaf in 4 slices.
Spread each piece with marmalade to cover.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) about 30 minutes, or till nicely glazed.
