Peanutty Yummy Bars

These Peanutty Yummy Bars are too good ! I love these crunchy bakes for my dessert ! Try them and tell me if you share my passion for these Peanutty Yummy Bars.
  Quick cooking oats 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), uncooked
  All purpose flour 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Packed light brown sugar 24 1⁄3 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Chunky peanut butter 8 1⁄3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3 Large
  Light molasses 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salted cocktail peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Semi-sweet chocolate pieces 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Confectioner's sugar 2 Tablespoon (For Garnishing)

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease 13" by 9" metal baking pan.
Prepare crust: In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat oats, 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, 4 tablespoons margarine or butter, and 3 tablespoons peanut butter until blended.
Pat dough evenly into pan and bake 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat eggs, molasses, 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar, 1/3 cup peanut butter, and remaining 4 tablespoons margarine or butter until well combined, constantly scraping bowl with rubber spatula.
Reduce speed to low; add baking powder, salt, and remaining 2/3 cup flour and beat until blended, occasionally scraping bowl.
With spoon, stir in peanuts and chocolate pieces.
Spread mixture evenly over hot crust.
Bake 40 minutes longer or until golden.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if you like.
When cool, cut lengthwise into 4 strips, then cut each strip crosswise into 12 pieces.
