Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oatmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream butter, sugars, eggs and peanut butter together, add other ingredients and mix well.
Press into a 13 x 18 1/2 x 1 inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes Cool and spread with peanut butter, then spread chocolate frosting on to of that.
Cut into bars and serve.
These cookies are also best when slightly underdone.
If you overcook them, they will be very dry.
